ABOUT OUR SERVICES

At Softech-RFID, we strive offer our clients the complete package, from initial contact to roll-out to after-sales support. Our trained sales and engineering staff can advise companies on how to improve their existing processes or new ventures, by implementing either a custom or off-the-shelve RFID solution.

Very few companies realize the benefits of an RFID or Auto-ID system, this is why demonstration and education is so important. During a visit to our office, many potential customers are amazed at how simple integrating RFID can be and the RoI clearly shows a need for it.

Our services include:
Consultancy, Systems Integration, Training and After-sales Support.




Consultancy
We pride ourselves as the first, and so far the only, registered RFID consulting company based in the Middle-East.

The step after initial contact, before any solution can be suggested, is a site-survey. During the site-survey, our experienced consultants and engineering staff will inspect the proposed installation site and analyse the actual processes involved. This give us a much better understanding of what needs to be done and we may identify potential problems which could affect delivery, installation or performance of our system.

Once the site-survey has been done, we will put forward the most suited and cost-effective solution.

Systems Integration
As most customers/companies already operate on some sort of IT-infrastructure or network (LAN/WAN/WiFi), it's our job to integrate our solutions correctly and ensure full functionality of both systems. Nearly all applications require data to be entered or read from a database and in many cases information is sent and received between two or more software suites with deferent characteristics. Integration is probably the most crucial part of any application.

Training
We offer, as part of our proposed solutions, complete product training to all of our clients. Diffident levels of training may be required by some companies, such as user, manager, supervisor, technician, etc. Softech-RFID also provide independent technology- and product training to companies who wish to keep their people up-to-date with what RFID has to offer.

Training may be held on-site or at one of our offices and prior scheduling is essential.

After-sales Support
This not only covers the warranty period, but for the full life of any of our systems. We offer our clients a broad spectrum of services, including telephone or on-site support, spare parts, systems up-grade or expansion, maintenance and up-keep of hardware and software as well as continuation training.
